The Tipping Cow Company is committed to providing quality apparel and accessory products.

1. Item no longer wanted

Unused, undamaged, items are eligible for return. Upon receipt of return if product is deemed in brand new condition still, a full refund will be given. Customers must notify The Tipping Cow Company within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Notification must be submitted via email to support@tippingcowco.com, and must include:

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

In the event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify The Tipping Cow Company within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Notification must be submitted via email to support@tippingcowco.com, and must include:

  • A description of the issue, and

  • Supporting photo evidence, where applicable.

Upon verification of the claim, The Tipping Cow Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement product or provide an alternative resolution.

3. Exchange policy:

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

4.Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. The mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

Fast refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
